Company Description:
The company is engaged in logistics and packaging of clothing for the Zara chain.
GXO-Inditex organizes and manages the logistics processes related to clothing, from sorting to packaging ready orders for shipment.
Work can take place in different positions (each employee will be trained in all departments).
There is a canteen in the factory, and employees get a discount with their badge. A hot meal costs around €3.50.

Job Description:

  • Warehouse work

  • Hanging clothes on hangers

  • Arranging hangers on the rail

  • Moving clothing along the rail

  • Removing clothing from the rail and placing it into boxes as instructed

  • Picking orders

  • Stacking boxes on pallets (can weigh 15–25 kg)

Required Skills:

  • Possibility of long-term employment

  • Driving license is an advantage

  • English language knowledge at A2 level or higher

  • Work available for couples

Salary Conditions:

  • €14.40/hour gross

  • +8.33% holiday allowance

    • supplements for overtime and weekend work

Allowances:

Monday – Friday:

  • 0:00 – 6:00 = +45%

  • 6:00 – 19:00 = 0%

  • 19:00 – 21:00 = +25%

  • 21:00 – 24:00 = +35%

Saturday:

  • 0:00 – 6:00 = +50%

  • 6:00 – 19:00 = +50%

  • 19:00 – 21:00 = +50%

  • 21:00 – 24:00 = +50%

Sunday:

  • 0:00 – 6:00 = +100%

  • 6:00 – 19:00 = +100%

  • 19:00 – 21:00 = +100%

  • 21:00 – 24:00 = +100%

Working Hours:

  • 7:00 – 16:00 (30 min break)

  • 16:00 – 01:00 (30 min break)

Accommodation:

  • €120 – €137.50 / week (deducted from salary)

  • Double rooms

  • Option to bring your own bedding, or purchase from employer for €45 (deducted from salary)

  • Safety shoes with steel toe required (bring your own or buy from employer for €25)

Transport:

  • Company car (if accommodation is more than 10 km away) or bicycle (if under 10 km). Bicycle costs €6/week + €80 cash deposit.

  • If you don’t have a driving license, a company driver can take you (€6/day).

  • Transport to the Netherlands is at your own expense. The company can provide a driver from Slovakia directly to the address. Price: €165 per person.

Insurance:

  • €38.02 + €1.94 per week (deducted from salary)

Contract:

  • Dutch employment contract

  • Paid weekly, usually on Fridays

  • Condition: you must work the first 12 days without absence. If not, the first salary will not be paid immediately. After completing the 12 days, weekly salary is guaranteed.

  • Contract duration: 1 year
