Job Description:

• Packing, sorting, quality control of fruit and vegetables

• Preparing vegetables for further production: peeling, cutting, mixing products, collecting and packing salads

• Preparing orders according to instructions

• Packaging and labeling products

• Work on cutting, work with machinery

Before starting work, employees will undergo occupational safety training at the plant. After the training, work in production begins.

Required Skills:

• Experience working with knives is an advantage

• Driving license is an advantage

• Availability to work

• Willingness to perform physical work

• Willingness to work from Monday to Saturday

• Communicative knowledge of English is required

• Own warm clothing (work clothing will be provided on top)

• Prohibited: makeup/jewelry/piercings

Salary Conditions:

• €14.40/hour gross

• +8.33% holiday allowance (paid weekly)

• Working hours: 40h+

• Free meals and free fruit and vegetables at work

• Extra pay:

  • 23:00 to 6:00 – 140%

  • 19:00 to 23:00 – 125%

  • Saturday – 135% (provided minimum 38h worked)

  • Sunday – 200%

Accommodation:

• €120 – €137.50 / week (deducted from salary)

• Double rooms

• Option to bring your own bedding, or purchase from employer for €45 (deducted from salary)

• Safety shoes with steel toe required (bring your own or buy from employer for €25)

Transport:

• Company car (if accommodation is more than 10 km away) or bicycle (if under 10 km). Bicycle costs €6/week + €80 cash deposit.

• If you don’t have a driving license, a company driver can take you (€5/day).

• Transport to the Netherlands is at your own expense. The company can arrange transport from Slovakia directly to the address. Price: €165 per person.

Insurance:

• €38.02 + €1.94 per week (deducted from salary)

Contract:

• Dutch employment contract

• Paid weekly, usually on Friday

• Condition: you must work the first 12 days without absence. If not, the first salary will not be paid. After completing the 12 days, weekly salary is guaranteed.

• Contract duration: 1 year

• 1-month probationary period
