Applicant / Client / Job Seeker
(hereinafter referred to as the “Applicant”)
Article I – Introductory Provisions and Definitions
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “GTC”) govern the legal relationships between the Agency and natural persons who are interested in job placement or employment opportunities (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicant”).

Applicant – a natural person who registers with the Agency for the purpose of job placement.

Agency Services – activities aimed at mediating job offers, communication with employers, providing information about job opportunities.

Contract – an agreement between the Agency and the Applicant for the provision of placement services in accordance with these GTC.
Article II – Subject and Scope of Services
The Agency provides the Applicant with services consisting in particular of:
a) registration of the Applicant in the internal database,
b) searching for suitable job offers,
c) mediating contact between the Applicant and potential employers,
d) providing information on working conditions and opportunities.
The Agency does not provide legal advice and is not responsible for the outcome of the recruitment process.
Article III – Registration and Conclusion of the Contract
Registration of the Applicant is carried out by filling in a form and providing a CV or other required documents.
The contract between the Agency and the Applicant is concluded upon the Agency’s acceptance of the registration.
The Applicant is obliged to provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information.
Article IV – Rights and Obligations of the Applicant
The Applicant has the right to:
a) be informed about current job offers,
b) refuse an offered job opportunity,
c) request removal from the Agency’s database.
The Applicant is obliged to:
a) provide truthful data,
b) inform the Agency of any changes in contact details,
c) follow the Agency’s instructions when communicating with potential employers.
Article V – Rights and Obligations of the Agency
The Agency has the right to:
a) refuse the registration of an Applicant who does not meet the conditions,
b) terminate the provision of services if these GTC are breached.
The Agency is obliged to:
a) carry out its activities in accordance with applicable laws,
b) protect the Applicant’s personal data,
c) provide information truthfully and completely.
Article VI – Fees and Charges
Registration and inclusion of the Applicant in the Agency’s database is free of charge unless otherwise agreed.
The Agency may charge fees only in cases permitted by law and upon prior written agreement with the Applicant.
Point b) (supplemented): If the Applicant undertakes to use the Agency’s additional services (e.g., document translation, administrative assistance, professional training), the amount of the fee shall be agreed individually and stated in a separate agreement.
Article VII – Confidentiality
The parties are obliged to maintain confidentiality regarding all facts they have learned in connection with the provision of services.
This obligation continues even after the termination of the contractual relationship.
Article VIII – Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
The Agency processes the Applicant’s personal data in accordance with the GDPR Regulation and the Personal Data Protection Act.
The Applicant has the right to access, rectify, erase their data, and other rights arising from the GDPR.
Detailed information on the processing of personal data is provided in a separate document “Privacy Policy”.
Article IX – Liability and Limitation of Liability
The Agency is not liable for the Applicant’s success in obtaining employment.
The Agency is not liable for the content of the employment contract between the Applicant and the employer.
Article X – Dispute Resolution
The parties undertake to resolve disputes primarily by mutual agreement.
If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be settled by the competent court of the Slovak Republic according to the registered office of the Agency.
Article XI – Final Provisions
These GTC take effect on the date of their publication on the Agency’s website.
The Agency reserves the right to amend and supplement the GTC. The Applicant will be informed about the changes.
Matters not regulated by these GTC shall be governed by the relevant provisions of the legal order of the Slovak Republic.
